How it works

One system in the middle.
Everyone sees their part.

Guests, the desk, instructors and the office all work from the same records, so a booking made online at midnight is on the board, at the desk and on the instructor's phone in the morning.

Who sees what

Each role gets its own screens.

Staff accounts are created by your administrator, with no public sign-up. Roles decide what each person can see and change, an admin can fine-tune permissions per person, and every change is kept in the history.

Switching over

Already have a booking system?
That's the usual starting point.

Most snow schools come to us from another system. We plan the move for the off-season, bring your history with you and keep the old system available until you no longer need it.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Walk through and set up

We go through your lesson list, programs, levels, pay rules and desk routine, then configure SnoDesk to match.

  2. Weeks 3–4

    Bring your data

Guests, families, students and their levels, instructors and certifications come across from your current system.

  3. Weeks 5–6

    Train and rehearse

Supervisors, desk staff and instructors practise on their own screens with a busy sample day.

  4. Before opening

    Go live

Online booking opens in your name, programs open for registration, and we're on the phone for opening weekend.

Timelines depend on your size and how much history you bring. We'll give you a real plan after the walkthrough.

Through the season

Built around how a season runs.

Pre-season

Registration and hiring

Programs open with member priority, last season's families are reminded to re-register, and new staff are onboarded with their files and checks.

In season

Busy days, every week

The board, the desk and the instructor portal carry the weekends. Waitlists fill spots as they open and payroll is counted daily.

Season end

Roll it over

Close the season, carry students and levels forward, set next year's pay rates and prices, and start summer programs in the same system.

The off-season is the best time to switch. Book a walkthrough and we'll map out what a move would look like for your snow school.
